Meet Michele!
Michele has been in the hair industry since 1991 — over 35 years of learning, refining, and falling deeper in love with the craft. She founded Jaide Organic Salon in 2005 and has built it into what it is today: an intimate, wellness-rooted practice where artistry and intention meet.
Her work is detail-driven. Sculpted haircuts, dimensional color, and an intuitive eye for what will actually work for your face shape and skin undertones — that’s what she brings to every appointment. She doesn’t do generic. She designs.
But hair is only part of the story.
Michele is a working mixed media painter whose botanical work explores the tension between beauty and grief, hope and wildness. Her pieces have hung on the salon walls for years — and are now available to bring home.
She also has an impressively committed relationship with plants.
